Hello, I'm Aiste, a passionate massage therapist with a background in cosmetology studies from Lithuania. My journey into the world of massage began during my cosmetology studies, where I discovered a profound interest and connection with the art of healing through touch.

Over the years, I dedicated myself to honing my skills and expanding my knowledge in the field of massage therapy. I am proud to hold the ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage. Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology, accredited by the prestigious London School of Massage. This comprehensive training has equipped me with a deep understanding of the human body and the therapeutic techniques needed to promote holistic well-being.

Continuing my professional development, I have acquired expertise in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Stretch Massage Therapy, Hot and Cold Stone Massage, Chair/Seated Acupressure on Site Massage, Traditional Thai Foot Massage, and Indian Head Massage.
